In her brilliant but brief career, Cheri Blum created more than 400 original paintings. Cheri lived and worked in the Chesapeake Bay region of Maryland, where the coastal serenity influenced her decorative work. Cheri appreciated things with a feeling of age and history, and successfully achieved a similar patina in her paintings. The simple, graceful shapes she painted have a timeless quality and restful feeling that make them easy to live with and enjoy.
