For Anne Tavoletti, art has always been a passion woven into the fabric of her life. Raised in western Pennsylvania by artist parents, she grew up surrounded by creativity and drew inspiration from renowned artists such as Mary Cassatt, John Singer Sargent, and René Gruau. Pursuing her artistic dreams, Anne earned an associate’s degree in fashion illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
Anne’s versatile illustration style ranges from editorial fashion to folk art, reflecting her diverse artistic interests. Working with acrylics, pen and ink, colored pencil, and watercolors, she brings warmth and character to each piece. Her artwork captures both elegance and charm, appealing to a wide audience.
When not in her studio, Anne enjoys decorating, gardening, and spending time with her husband—a graphic designer—and their two sons. She lives and creates in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where her passion for art continues to inspire her work.
